This Week's Stories:
1. JDXpert and ICMS Announcement
Dear Colleagues: As mentioned in the January HRAG meeting, PeopleAdmin was scheduled to be replaced by JDXpert for position description management and iCIMS Talent Cloud for applicant tracking. Our initial target date for this change was May/June 2023, as the vendor was scheduled to discontinue the product that UCLA is using and end application support. With the endorsement of senior leadership and in partnership with IT Services, we have reached agreement with the vendor to extend PeopleAdmin functionality through mid-2024. Based on this welcome shift, the transition to our new HR systems, including JDXpert and iCIMS, has been rescheduled to early 2024. The new timeline will allow us to implement enhanced system functionality and appropriately prepare and train campus users for this important transition.
