Chansoth Hill has been working on UCLA’s LA28 planning and coordination efforts since June 2023, temporary transitioning from her role overseeing the UCLA Events Office to focus full time on LA28 beginning in July 2025. As Senior Director and Chair of the UCLA Olympic & Paralympic Village Coordination Committee, she works closely with LA28 leadership and a wide range of campus partners to prepare UCLA for its transformation into the Olympic and Paralympic Village in summer 2028.

 With a deep passion for events and large-scale operations, Chansoth views the opportunity to support LA28 as the culmination of her professional journey. Her work is grounded in thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a strong commitment to customer service, all while navigating the complexity of a large university environment. She is especially focused on bringing together diverse teams, aligning priorities, and ensuring clear communication across departments and stakeholders.

Chansoth strongly believes that building and sustaining trust-based working relationships is essential to success in a university setting. She leads with three guiding principles—positivity, accountability, and dependability—which shape her leadership approach and inform how she supports both campus partners and external collaborators as UCLA prepares to host the world in 2028.
