Nareg is the Associate Director of Applications Development and a technical lead at UCLA School of Law, with experience building enterprise applications, integrations, and operational platforms that support academic and administrative functions. His work focuses on modernizing workflows, improving cross-department collaboration, and designing reliable systems that balance technical, operational, and organizational needs.

He is interested not only in building software, but also in understanding organizational complexity, systems thinking, and the challenges of aligning technology, processes, and people across complex organizations.
