Showcase & Present

At this year’s conference, we aim to showcase the power of collaboration across UCLA. We strongly encourage submissions that highlight partnerships between researchers, faculty, staff, or students and the technology teams who help bring innovative ideas to life. This is a great opportunity to share trend-setting, cutting-edge, and transformative work that demonstrates how collaboration drives meaningful impact and sets UCLA apart. 

We invite you to submit a proposal to highlight and showcase your work with the BruinTech community. Whether you’re presenting a project, initiative, or case study, we’re looking for sessions that emphasize: 

  • Alignment with the conference theme and community impact 
  • Collaboration and partnership across teams 
  • Individual strengths contributing to collective success 
  • Innovation, creativity, and forward-thinking ideas 
  • Engaging delivery through visuals, storytelling, or interactive elements 

The submission form will ask you to share details such as your presentation overview, how your work aligns with the theme, the collaboration behind your project, key takeaways for the audience, and how you plan to engage participants.
