Department: Library

I am a SEO and Usability Librarian on the Library Web Services team. My work focuses on keeping library resources reflected in search engine results and helping webmasters and researchers understand quality guidelines for visibility. I perform usability and functionality testing on library products and services while serving as the data driven decision advocate within the library. My work includes configuration and interpretation of web analytics, logs and other data sources. I serve as a technical liaison on implementation teams and often perform the back end configuration for products. My first ten years at UCLA were as a Science & Engineering Librarian until I moved to the systems department for the next ten years.

I have a MLS from University of North Carolina, Greensboro and a B.S. in Applied Physics from CSUN.
