Doug Daniels works as the Lux Lab Coordinator for the UCLA Library. In this role, he is responsible for developing and promoting the Library’s emerging technology services, including 3D printing and scanning, laser etching and cutting, 3D mapping, and large-format printing.

Doug worked for a number of years in the film industry as an assistant editor at a post-production company. He graduated from UCLA in 2014 with a B.A. in History and German, and is currently enrolled in UCLA's Masters of Library and Information Science program with a focus on Informatics. His expected graduation date is 2020.
