Davida Johnson

Davida Johnson is currently the Director of OIT's Community Partnership Programs, UCLA.  She earned a joint B.S. degree from M.I.T. in Humanities (Creative Writing) and Computer Science Engineering.  She began her professional career at a small university in Atlanta, Georgia, where she developed computer programs to assist physicists with image recognition research in partnership with the U.S. military.   Davida continued her career at Accenture as a consultant to Bellsouth Communications (now AT&T), working on a variety of technical projects  for six years.  Over the next 8 years, Davida's career advanced her to Warner Bros. Entertainment, beginning in MIS Home Video, then most recently, as a Senior Manager for Business Continuity across their global organization before joining UCLA.
